​About Early Learning Foundations

We offer early proactive learning support for families with children attending early childhood education  or primary grades in elementary school. These services are designed to help cultivate a learning-enriched home environment and enhance the academic readiness of young learners.  These services build essential learning skills, such as mathematics and language arts, as well as behaviour regulation, through daily activities at home.  Services include an initial consultation and followed by in-home appointments. Continued support is available as needed.

Topics

Based on the needs of your family, our Early Learning Foundations service will include the following topics:

•    Learning Foundations: Reading & Literacy at Home

•    Learning Foundations: Fun and Games with Numbers at Home

•    Learning Foundations: Cultivating Language and Conversations with Children

•    Learning Foundations: Supporting Self-Regulation

•    Learning Foundations: Learning Foundations Outside the Home

Appointment Schedule

•    Initial consultation will be conducted by phone or video

•    Services are conducted during in-home appointments. A schedule that works best for your family will be determined during the initial consultation is completed.

Payment

•    A deposit is required to secure your initial in-home appointment.

•    The remaining balance must be paid at least one business day before an in-home appointment.​​​​
