​​About Behaviour Strategies for Families

This is an in-home service for families or caregivers who are feeling overwhelmed and need moderate-level intervention support for challenging behaviours and early childhood development. We aim to enhance family processes by promoting positive parenting strategies and by utilizing remedial and moderating approaches. Services consist of an initial consultation with 8 in-home appointments recommended for families in the Greater Toronto Area. Continued support is available as needed.

​Topics

The EsKo Education Clinic integrates behaviour and learning approaches to help alleviate persistent stress and conflict, while enhancing healthy overall childhood development and academic readiness. Based on the needs of your family, the behaviour strategies and support will include the following topics: 

•    Behaviour Strategies: Establishing a Proactive Discipline Approach

•    Behaviour Strategies: Nurturing a Positive and Responsive Approach   

•    Behaviour Strategies: Setting Routines & Schedules

•    Behaviour Strategies: Teaching Skills & Sharing Information with Children

•    Behaviour Strategies: Cultivating  Language & Conversations with Children

•    Behaviour Strategies: Maintaining Watchfulness and 'Withitness' at Home

Appointment Schedule

•    Initial consultation will be conducted by phone or video

•    Services are typically delivered over 8 in-home appointments. A schedule that works best for your

      family will be determined after the initial consultation is completed.

•    Follow up support is available by phone or video

Payment

•    A deposit is required to secure your initial in-home appointment.

•    The remaining balance must be paid at least one business day before an in-home appointment.

•    Families may withdraw from services at any point of service. Refunds will not be available for any     

      appointments previously completed or same-day cancelations.
